An inspirational message from my favorite author: "Living the Love Affair between Body and Soul." Any way I write it, it all boils down to this- accepting, embracing, loving (and yes, in some moments, enduring) this human life with all of its challenges and joys, births and deaths- choosing to be here fully. Where else would we be? Oh, that's a different chapter- titled something like "Your Body- Don't Leave Home Without It" or "The Cost of Out-of-Body Living." Let's be here- it's where the heart is. Really :-)
